TERMS OF SALE
From the site you can purchase Equitrotting items online. The items are divided into macro categories, each of which is divided into Categories and Subcategories. Each item is well described and identified with an image that can be enlarged.

All prices are VAT included and net of shipping costs.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Most items are available; in case of unavailability, restocking is expected, for items from Italy within 2 working days, for items from abroad from 5 to 8 working days.
Customized items will be produced and shipped within 15 days from the order
ISSUANCE OF RECEIPT OR ACCOMPANYING INVOICE
Goods are shipped to the customer with free packaging and accompanied by a regular receipt or Invoice if requested.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Equitrotting recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999
The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer must notify us by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

Indicate the details of a bank or postal account to make the refund (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder)
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
1. the Customer expresses their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;
2. the purchased item is intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: instruction manuals, etc...)
3. the product is returned within the times and in the manner described above. The return costs are borne by the Customer.
Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will refund the amount already paid by bank transfer to the account you communicated to our Customer Service.
The refund concerns only the price of the items and not the initial shipping costs and commission fees for the refund.
The refund will be made within 20 days from the moment the goods for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal are returned to us.
The costs related to the return of the product are borne by the Customer.
As per regulations, the right of withdrawal is not applicable in the case of purchase of customized products
